Customer means advertising partner that has business cooperation with MediaGo, such as advertisers, agency, and publishers. When a Customer signs up to use our Services or use our ads platform and data analytics tool, we collect Customer’s name, email address, telephone number, payment card information, billing information, and any other Information the Customer may choose to provide to us on the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect the above-mentioned information for the following purposes:

  • Providing our service: We use User information to provide our ad services.
  • Marketing and advertising: We use User Information to provide you with promotions for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.
  • Tailoring content: We use Information to tailor the content that we display on our sites, in order to provide User with personalized experience.
  • Communicating with our Customer: We use Customer information to communicate about Customer’s accounts via email; to introduce our new products; To respond Customer’s inquiries, requests, or complaints; and to introduce our product updates.   • Analyzing Customer of our Sites: We use Customer Information to generate certain statistics, for example to display how many Customers use our dashboard, or to show which webpages on our sites have been viewed. This information helps MediaGo analyze what feature Customer are interested.

We may share your personal information with:

  • The Baidu group. This includes other brands owned or controlled by Baidu and other companies owned by or under common ownership as MediaGo, which also includes our subsidiaries (i.e., any organization we own or control) or our ultimate holding company (i.e., any organization that owns or controls us) and any subsidiaries it owns. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this Privacy Notice;
  • Subcontractors. This includes cloud services providers, consultants and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, in order to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, content or service fulfilment, or providing analytics services;
  • Future parties to the Baidu group. Other parties in connection with any MediaGo or Baidu company transaction, such as a merger, sale of all or a portion of company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company or third party or in the event of bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings; and
  • Third parties as required to. 4. Your Choices Regarding Your Information

4.1 Data Retention

Unless stated otherwise in section 1 for a specific category of personal information, we will retain your information for maximum 30 days, as, MediaGo shall remove your personal information on a monthly basis.

In as far as imposed by applicable laws, you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of or restriction of processing of your personal information. Because our tracking mechanisms operate at the device and browser level, to fully opt-out across devices you will need to do so on each device and browser individually.

If your browsers are configured to reject cookies, or you clear the cookies of your browser, your opt-out may not be effective. Under this condition, you need to opt-out again.
